Ufer park

The project follows the idea of a radical opening of the area to the Franz-Hinterholzer-Kai and creates a car-free and lively park landscape that is protected from the noise of the Alpenstraße and extends all the way to the banks of the Salzach. This is achieved through the spatial interplay of two basically very different structures: on the one hand, the office building 'rooted to the ground' as an urban icon facing Alpenstraße and, on the other, the 'floating' residential building elevated on the ground floor with a striking silhouette facing the riverbank.
