The project follows the idea of closing the courtyard of the new PAZ on the ground floor and respectfully integrating a free-standing precisely cut solitary building into the historically evolved ensemble of the Paulustor neighbourhood in the old town of Graz. We are proposing a building that appears as a quiet and elegant object in the city centre and is characterised by high functionality and robustness on the inside.
